Exciting IT Support Analyst position!

Company Description

Experts in clinical research, this company provides development services to the world’s top pharmaceutical and biotechnological companies

Responsibilities

*Report to the Asia-Pacific IT headquarters and work together with them on global projects
*Work in an internationally-minded environment, providing local end-user support and leading local infrastructure-focused projects
*Administer networks, MS Exchange, Citrix, print server and data backup
*Install and administer telephone equipment from handset installation, voicemail installation and maintenance of phone lines
*Provide 1st level applications support when required
*Be involved in and lead IT projects from communicating with users, gathering requirements and managing time and budgets

Requirements

*A degree of experience in most of the following technologies: Windows 2000, Exchange, Active Directory, MS Office, TCP/IP, LAN/WAN
*Very strong communication skills with the ability to communicate in both technical an non-technical terms

Preferred Experience

*Advanced Japanese and good English
