Responsibilities

* Draw up HR objectives and execution plan of the year in line with HR&GA strategy
* Help to provide overall direction for HR with a strategic employee focus
* Take a leadership role in managing all employee and labor law issues
* Be responsible for most daily HR and General Affairs duties
* Be responsible for Recruitment, Training and Employee Development matters
* Take care of administrative matters
* HR development strategies
* Communicate with Labor Unions
* Directly manage 9 staff (in HR & GA)

Requirements

* At least 7 years HR experience
* Working knowledge of Labor Law and Union negotiation experience preferred
* Management experience
* Ability to organize tasks and meet deadlines
* Good communicator in both Japanese and English
* Experience working in HR at a multinational company preferred
* Sense of cooperation, interpersonal savvy and strategic ability
