* Manage payroll with outsourcing payroll vender
* Manage HR policy and work rules
* Drive some HR programs as senior HR generalist

Requirements

* Over 7 years HR experience including 3 years compensation & benefit related experience
* Basic labour law knowledge
* Experience in a multinational company
* Strong project management skills
* Logical thinking skill
* Strong communication skills in both Japanese and English
* Experience to drive performance
