Responsibilities

*Work in a team focused on information services for research and development, focusing on developing business process models and procedures
*Create reports on business needs by gathering requirements and working with technical staff in turning business needs into technical requirements
*Provide support for systems, as well as processes, by responding to end-user problems and seeking solutions
*Propose potential improvements to existing processes and systems through knowledge of new technologies

Requirements

*Excellent team-working, project management skills as well as leadership potential
*An understanding of pharmaceutical research and development from an IT Perspective
*Some hands on IT applications background is desirable

Preferred Experience

*Strong Japanese and English with excellent communication skills

*Must be flexible and adaptable in using past experience to present use
