Responsibilities

* Report to CEO
* Developing gap analysis between current situation and desired future
* Help with strategy creation
* Work with functional heads to create project milestones
* Track individual project progress and report status
* Make plans to get delayed projects back on schedule

Requirements

* Bachelors Degree in business or finance; MBA is a big advantage
* Experience with a large accounting or consulting firm
* Good project management experience in private industry
* Intermediate or advanced level project management software skill
* Results oriented, strong planning and organizational skills
* Good understanding of overall business
* Future potential to become a Director
