The position is for the General Manager/Country Manager for their Japanese Offset Printing Blankets commercial branch with 20 employees and sales of about USD 7 million in 2007 in Japan

Responsibilities

General Manager/Country Manager for their Japanese Offset Printing Blankets commercial branch based in Kawasaki, Japan.
* Position reports to the Product Area Printing Blankets Director
* In charge and liable to the Board of Product Area of the financial and operating results of the Japanese business
* Development of the actions and strategies required to meet planned objective.
* Responsible for developing the Japanese market and running the local office and converting department.
* Accountable for defining the marketing strategy, budget control
* Lead and coordinate all staff from technical to administrative staff
* Manage reporting and acting as liaison between our hed office and customers, suppliers, public institutions

Requirements

* Idea vacancy for an Engineer or a Business graduate who would like to lead an ambitious business plan within the graphic sector.

Preferred Experience

* Experience working in a multicultural environment.

* Native Japanese speaker, good communications skills in English. Business oriented
