* Manage group of 20 staff and give direction / leadership to entire team
* Work closely with Plant Manager and APAC Quality Director to insure safe and efficient products

Requirements

* 10 years experience in quality assurance, pharmaceutical industry
* Business level English
* Strong knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry
* Leadership ability and the passion to motivate others
