Responsibilities

*Prepare project plan and schedules as per the requirement of the customer
*Communicate directly with customers and prepare high level design documents
*Execute the project as per the plan
*Ensure the timeliness and quality of deliverables
*Define project team organization
*Allocate and monitor tasks to team leaders
*Technical reviews with team leaders

Requirements

*Minimum 10 Yrs of experience in IT field
*Minimum 3 Yrs of experience in project management
*Ability to handle a project of 10+ members

*Good communication skills
*Should be very good in Japanese (Minimum JLPT level 2)
*Ability to communicate in English is preferable but not must

Preferred Experience

*Strong SAP R/3 background
