Company Description

This company is a leading utilities firm focused on using their expertise in manufacturing, implementing and servicing their product

Responsibilities

*Be responsible for leading the implementation of IT systems, including both hardware and software
*Lead projects from conception, through planning to completion
*Communicate frequently with business users, gather requirements and ensure that IT systems are in line with business needs
*Manage vendors and budgets for IT

Requirements

*Good communication skills with fluent Japanese and some knowledge of English
*A number of years of IT experience with some exposure to both applications and infrastructure

Preferred Experience

*An understanding of an ERP system is desirable but not required

Desired Traits

*Some experience in IT support is advantageous
