*Our client is an investment management company pursuing selective private equity investments in the Asia Pacific and Global markets
*Its strategic investment activites are supported by decades of local knowledge and strategic research capability in the region
Responsibilities
*Collect data of both existing and acquiring assets internally on a regular or on an ad-hoc basis to assist with review, financial analysis and modeling of real estate assets and the fund as a whole. The data includes:
- Cash flow generated by the existing assets from SPC accounting, Asset Management and Regional Finance teams, and investigates contingencies if there are any and analyze them.
-Deals in pipelines from Acquisitions team to assess impacts on the equities and cash flow.
-Assist the portfolio manager with performing financial analysis of Fund
-Model and Evaluate performance of each asset and the fund
-Review monthly and annual budgets
-Track Fund compliance with internal and external (e.g. lender) requirements
-Review and analyze legal documents and other materials
*Coordinate/support production of Investor Reports
*Other assignments as requested
Requirements
*At least 3 years of Asset Management experience in both hard asset and soft asset (financial management)
*Financial Statement (B/S, P/L) literate
*Native level Japanese and business level of English ability preferred

*Asset Management experience
