Company Description

*Our client, the market leader in global real estate investment, asset management and full-service real estate operating, is seeking talented professionals to join the expanding business

Responsibilities

*As a Real Estate Investment staff, the successful candidate will be actively involved with various aspects of structured finance and deal execution in commercial properties (of broad asset types) and RE related corporate acquisitions and refinancing, including but not limited to the following:
*Devising investment and financing structures, which will vary due to investment targets and the fund involved
*Collaborating with the Acquisition, Asset Management, and other teams within MSC in underwriting the deal pertinent not only on leverage analysis but also legal, tax, and regulatory assessment related to asset and share transfers, property entrustment, operations, cash management etc.

Requirements

*More than 3 years of working experience in the real estate investment industry, including Real Estate Private Equity Funds, Lenders, Trust Bank (property related), and Investment Bank
*Hands on experiences in acquisition and financing executions

Preferred Experience

*Knowledgeable in real estate transaction schemes and/or structured finance

Desired Traits

*General corporate finance knowledge helpful
