Our client is an Asian Retail organisation which specialises in selling handcrafted gemstone jewelry

Responsibilities

* Manage all aspects of sales and marketing activities across TV, internet, and mobile platforms.
* Develop and execute strategy and action plan for sales and marketing on all platforms, including: on EC site (PC & Mobile) marketing, channel development (CATV and internet/mobile) and PR.
* Develop and execute promotion plan for customer acquisition, retention and royalty improvement across all platforms
* Monitor and measure key sales and marketing finance matrix for daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports and develop recovery plan if necessary
* Supervise and mentor small sales and marketing team

Requirements

* 5-10 years of sales & marketing experience in direct response and/or online sales
* At least 3 years of experience at an FMCG or Online company
* Strong organizational and management skills with attention to detail
* Online marketing experience, including SEO/SEM
* Analytical and logical thinking
* Team management experience
* Proactive and hands-on approach at work with maturity, reliability, integrity and resourcefulness
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment
* Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines while working in a team environment
* Excellent interpersonal skills

* Applicable Experience:
* Working experiences in foreign multinational company

* Reason for opening: New Position due to Expansion of the Department

* Desired Attributes:
- Good personality, good team player and honest, frank and straight forward communication is important
- Native Japanese, and speaking and writing business English is plus
- Bachelor's degree is preferred

* Remuneration: 10 to 12 Million Yen
