They are involved with Biotechnology, Consumer Care, and Pharmaceutical products around the world.
Responsibilities
Major Tasks of Position (5-6 major accountabilities)
1 P&L responsibility for the PMP- Professional pest management products & House-hold pesticides including RH - Business in Japan to achieve agreed upon financial targets
2 To define sales and profit objectives for the PMP Business Team in order to reach globally the results expected.
3 To define and implement strategies regarding marketing operational, sales in order to achieve the planned objectives.
4 To select distributors and negotiate with them in order to guarantee our participation in PMP segments with an appropriate market share and reach products end users at a lowest possible costs
5 To lead the PMP Japan team, manage the people to achieve the objectives and ensure career development of the high potential personnel.
6 To ensure that the necessary resources are allocated to key product / projects by designing and implementing procedures to prioritise product/projects and to allocate efficiently resources in Japan in order to optimize our CODB and maximize profitability.
7 To co-ordinate and guarantee an efficient flow of information, between Japan and the Regional Office, so that decisions are made on the basis of trustful, reliable information.
