2. Manage 7 staff in customer service section for clients
3. Manage orders and actual sales
4. Manage dates and product shipment
5. Communicate with inventory and material section
6. Deal with claims and the inquiries
Requirements
1. 5yrs+ customer service and order process
2. English (Business level)
3. ERP knowledge + experience
4. Automobile + tool industry experience
