Responsibilities

* Technical, hands on QA Management role in Digital TV environment

* QA lead on primary Tokyo based project

* Managing QA Engineers, other QA Leads and Test personnel including contractors

* Performing QA related functions including testing and test case creation when needed

* Interface with Development Engineers and Project Management and customers to help create high quality products

Requirements

* Proven expertise in Software QA and QA Management role
* Minimum 2 years experience as a Technical lead and /or line manager in Software development environment
* Minimum of 3 years as a QA or SQA Engineer
* Experience in the software development lifecycle and be familiar with bug tracking/CRM tools
* Flexible approach, Excellent problem solving skills
* Process Development and Documentation
* Advanced Japanese and Business Level English

Advantangeous:

* C Programming, scripting and database knowledge
* MPEG Video and Audio technology
* Broadcast Equipment and Software tools

* Software QA experience
