Responsibilities
As an IT Operations Manager, you will be required to budget for an entire department, plan IT projects, and manage workforce operations. Further, you will be required to create standards and compliance procedures as well as develop and implement performance metrics and reporting systems.
Requirements
*Strong background and knowledge in IT (7 years+) as well as leadership skill
*Strong understanding of software development lifecycles as well as project management principles
*Excellent communication ability in both written and spoken Japanese
*Experience of budgeting and planning for large projects, ideally department-wide
