*There is a need for a strong communicator with experience in a similar industry leading the Customer Service team

Responsibilities

*Manage team of 10 staff and report directly to global head quarters

*Manages overall business operations & organizational development of the Customer Service team

*Makes business decisions in times of stress & uncertainty

*Influences major cross-functional initiatives & strategic direction that will drive increased customer satisfaction & productivity wins for company

*Direct contact with customers, partners & senior to executive levels of management

*Serve as an escalation point for customers

*Development of each individual & the team as a whole

*Effectively leads team by communicating vision, goals & strategy through strategic development & implementation

Requirements

*University graduate with a minimum of 10 years experience in management
*Native level Japanese and advanced level English
*Ability to function in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
*Ability to build effective relationships & teamwork
*Dedication to customer and/or stakeholder success
*Strong knowledge of departmental strategic planning, management & budgeting
*Proven management and implementation skills
*Leadership of strategic initiatives to impact customer satisfaction
