Responsibilities
*Leading the Professional Service team in Japan
*Suppor the sales team to develop new customers, maintaining and expanding current customers, and delivering quality service to customers
*Managing team P/L and achieve revenue targets
*The Professional Service Division consists of the consulting, technical support, and education functions in Japan
*Work closely with sales teams
*Manage about 80 staff members
Requirements
*Over 10 years consulting service experience
*Over 5 years management experience
*Tertiary degree in IT/Business or equivalent Business studies/work experience
*Work experience at IT companies ( especially enterprise software preferable)
*Ability to manage profit and loss of the professional service business and achieve team revenue targets
*Ability to select, develop and lead diverse teams to meet consulting and education business requirements
*Strong communication skills in Japanese and English to work effectively within a multi-cultural organization and to share knowledge of the business

* Remuneration: 13 to 17 Million Yen
