Responsibilities

*Prepare functional specifications as per the project requirements
*Work closely with the project manager
*Allocate and monitor tasks to team members
*Ensure the timeliness and quality of deliverables
*Take part in development if needed
*Prepare test case
*Technical reviews with the team members

Requirements

*Minimum 5 Yrs of experience in IT field
*Experience as a team leader
*Ability to handle a team of 5-6 members
*Very strong in SAP R/3
*Team/people handling skills

Preferred Experience

*Ability to communicate in English is preferable but not required

Desired Traits

*Good communication skills
*Good Japanese skills(Minimum JLPT level 2)
