Global pharmaceutical company wants a Finance Manger!
Company Description
*One of the largest global pharmaceutical companies is looking to strengthen their finance team in Japan
*This company stocks supermarket shelves with its nutritional consumer brands yet produces many life-saving drugs on the medical side
Responsibilities
*Develop plan, updates, LRPs, LBEs, explain to the local management and ensure on-time submission to HQ
*Assure accuracy and integrity of numbers in plan/update/LRP/LBEs
*Additionally develop and monitor financial awareness of managers in other work groups such as marketing, sales
*Build an experienced and effective team with capabilities of succeeding to new and greater responsibilities
*Assure execution of growth plans
*Maintain Financial systems and records
*Partcipate in cross functional teams to find business solutions
*Develop commercial orientation for and finance analysts
Requirements
*Must have an exposure of at least five years in financial planning with two years in supervisory role, preferably in a multinational company
*Should be well versed in the usage of and comfortable with computerized systems, particularly as they apply to the financial area
*Should have strong exposure to and good experience with financial modeling
*The particular strengths and characteristics required for the position include: values(personal and professional), commercial orientation, team working spirit, participative style, good judgment, and ethical standards with a strong moral character
