Responsibilities
1. A key member in Service Finance team, the FP&A manager should lead Japan Services business in regards to strategic and quarterly planning of Japan Services P&L for Japan executive leader ship team and regional submission.
2. The incumbent will manage the overall quarterly Forecast planning process with Regional Services Finance, Japan Finance and Sales leaders to ensure timely submission of Services P&L Forecast.
3. Drive quarterly forecasts and annual plan reviews with senior management and sales directors.
Requirements
• 7+yrs accounting / financial planning analysis experiences in business company
• Accounting Knowledge
• Strong Financial Analytical skills
• Demonstrated skill of key internal controls through performing self-assessment
• Native Japanese and strong oral and writing skills in English
