Responsibilities

Compensation and Salary Management

* Plan, Manage and administrate focal review process

* Obtain the market data and monitor competitiveness of C&B package.

* Work with C&B Manager to review current C&B policies and program. Assist C&B Manager in the implementation and localization of global programs into Japan

* Maintain/administrate global LTI program (stock option, stock award).

* Streamline the process to provide support eligible employees. Maintain the data of LTI holders and report to the stock administration dept.

* Proactively provide support to managers and meet their needs to make personal changes/transition happen appropriately. Promptly provide salary recommendation for promotion or demotion including new hire to DM.

* Communicate and create effective partnerships with HR peers to make all necessary processes work

* Provide proactive support to employees in the entire organization in related to C&B programs by giving effective communion tools

HR Metric - Analytical and Statistical Reporting

* Effectively utilize HRMS by creating statistical reporting to meet need’s of management and business partners

* Monitor that HR admin handle PAN process for regular employees. Ensure that they comply with HR policies and procedures.

* Create monthly employee master & adjusts data by using HRMS to proceed payroll calculation

* Enhance existing standard reports used internally with PeopleSoft

* Develop new compensation reports as needed

Assists in the Job Evaluation & External Market Analysis Process

* Partners with D&R Manager in the job evaluation process.

* This involves reviewing job descriptions submitted by the HR Generalists using a pre-established job evaluation system to determine the level or role of a job based on job responsibilities, duties, activities and requirements.

* Assists in conducting market analysis as needed

Provide Compensation Reports& Demographic Data/ER support

* Enhance existing standard reports used internally with PeopleSoft

* Develop new compensation reports as needed

* Evaluate & analyze the result of exit survey and identify issues by providing statistical report to HR management.

* Analyze Turn-over rate/reports and propose action plans based on them by working with HR peers

People Development

* Provide training and development to technical & analytical skills to HR admin/Benefit admin/HR generalist

* Provide counseling to other HR staff on daily job and seek advice from management as needed

Assist in Department Projects to Meet Business Needs

* Participates in various project teams and assists team members as needed to support business growth

Requirements

* Has proven expertise in employee relations practice, specific compensation/ benefits, and legal knowledge
* Has more than 8 year C&B experience (Payroll job experience is preferable.)
* Has Well-developed organizational and administrative skills.
* Has good English (reading/writing/speaking) proficiency
* Has strong Time Management skill
* Has good knowledge on HR system (e.g. Peoplesoft)
* Has strong Self-development mind (has interest in other HR areas)
* Ability to work collaboratively across business partners and functions
* Has excellent Interpersonal and Communication skills

* Remuneration: 6 to 8 Million Yen
