Responsibilities
• Develop and manage operations to ensure high service level and financial targets (costs, budgets, variable margin and profit) are achieved.
• Responsible for distribution operation processes which include but are not limited to receiving, storage, kitting, sub-assembly, order filling, packing, shipping, quality control, inspection, inventory counts, supplier scheduling, returns and related functions.
• Work with management team to develop/review operational procedures and quality plans to ensure the operation accuracy and reliability.
• Work closely with management team to determine methods to monitor
Requirements
• 8 year minimum working experience in logistics or Facility Planning
• Knowledge of distribution operations planning
• Background in service parts industry and a general understanding of all areas related to warehouse operations is desirable
• Familiar with analysis of inventory related data
• Good at communications / management
• English (Business level), Japanese (Fluent)
• SAP Experience
