Responsibilities
*Provide infrastructure and applications support to the multinational Asset Management team
*Be responsible for supporting the implementation of new application and infrastructure technologies
*Conduct IT training for new hires and for new applications, creating training plans and policies
*Coordinate with IT team members in other departments on security, maintenance, backup, and disaster recovery projects
Requirements
*Excellent communication skills in both Japanese and English
*Hands-on experience with Windows server, network, and mail-systems (SQL Server, Active Directory, and network security experience is necessary)
*General technical knowledge of PC hardware and software
*Desire to stay current with the latest technologies
