Responsibilities
* Provide technical and sales support for accounts in assigned territory.
* Perform technical presentations for customers, partners and prospects.
* Design and configure products to meet specific customer needs.
* Direct account and partner responsibilities for selected accounts in assigned territory.
* Keep up-to-date on relevant competitive solutions, products and services.
* Assist with the development of formal sales plans and proposals for assigned opportunities.
* Actively participate as a specialist on assigned Virtual Team.
Requirements
Knowledge and Skills
• Deep knowledge of Active Directory, Exchange, SQL and OCS (experience of consulting, design,
implementation and trouble shooting)
• BS/BA (EE/CS) or equivalent..
• High-level knowledge and strong operating experience in more than one of the following areas of specialization:
VPN, Security, QoS, Remote/Local Access, IBM, Multi-Service (Voice and Video), Campus/MAN, WAN,
Optical Networking, Transmission Systems or Wireless (relevant to assignment).
• In-depth knowledge of baseline SE skills and in-depth knowledge in more than one area of specialization
Experience
• 5+ years related experience.
• Pre-Sales experienced required.

• Must be viewed as a leader by senior management, peers, customers and Cisco corporate organizations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, listening, negotiation and presentation skills.
• Ability to participate as a team member and assume a leadership role for the team.
• Technical knowledge and consultative skills which are above reproach.
• Ability to understand complex technical and selling situations and the ability to solve the problem or solicit the required resources.
