A world leading provider of telecommunications equipment and related services to mobile and fixed network operators globally

Responsibilities

*Service Delivery Radio Network department provides services for acceptance test, network integration test and customer support after implementation of Radio Network Equipment(mainly 3G WCDMA system) to mobile operators.

In new equipment/function implementation/integration projects, we perform acceptance test and feature verification test in test plant to confirm the company's system works according to specifications. Then continue NW integration and verification tests in customer's commercial networks that includes software upgrade activities.

In customer support for implemented system,you will identify and analyze problems in customer's commercial networks to get software corrections for future software upgrade of the system as well as recovering system and networks.

Main tasks of Technical Coordinator:

*Provide support for customer projects and customer support activities as overall Technical Coordinator.

*Work together with Project Manager to be responsible for overall success of project or activity.

Requirements

*University degree or equivalent.
*Communication skills to establish good customer relationship
*Technical background in wireless communication systems(preferred technical engineering background in 3G WCDMA Radio networks)
*Technical Knowledge and Experience

Preferred Experience

*Two or more years experience as technical project team leader or technical coordinator.

Desired Traits

*Fluent Japanese and Medium level English (both in speaking and writing)
