Responsibilities
*Lead the company’s entire Japanese IT team, directing the policy and strategy for IT
*Be responsible for making decisions as to which technologies to implement and directing processes from start to finish
*Take control of the company’s business process reengineering from an IT standpoint to aid the company’s growth and performance
*Be responsible for controlling budgets and ensure that the IT team is focused on continuous self-improvement and efficiency
Requirements
*Excellent communication skills in Japanese and English
*A good understanding of overall IT systems with specialty in either infrastructure or applications
*A business focused mind with a history of successful process reengineering
