* Recruitment - Interview/Evaluation
* HR development Training program/education
* Regulation - Internal Office Rule
* Payroll - Basic data preparation
* HR budget - Basic data preparation

Requirements

* Business level English
* Experience developing regulations and planning budgets
* 5 – 10 years experience
