Responsibilities
*To work closely with the business by working closely with other HR professionals to provide sound HR advice and develop HR solutions for employee relations issues
*Managing the recruitment process including interviewing canditates for open positions
*Overseeing performance management and maintaining the HR database including assessment data
*Updating and adapting Rules of Employment, compensation and benefits, and other regulations to match the business
*Supervising personnel administration, payroll, social insurance, and other HR administration as needed
Requirements
*3-5 years of experience as an HR generalist preferably in a fast-moving, international environment
*Payroll-related experience and knowledge of Japanese social insurance and labor law
*Strong bilingual communication abilities and interpersonal skills with a focus on teamwork
*The ability to function independently but know when to consult other HR professionals
*Great personal integrity and committment to the company with a long-term view
Preferred Experience
*Experience as an HR generalist preferably in a fast-moving, international environment
*Payroll-related experience and knowledge of Japanese social insurance and labor law
