Responsibilities
* Lead the business system maintenance support in the areas of HR, finance and merchandising
* Manage vendors, both domestic and foreign, throughout all stages of projects
* Manage project processes and deliverables
*Initiate, plan, execute and manage budgets and quality control for IT business applications-related projects
* Develop relationships with the company’s business and IT partners as well as the US branch on many levels of the organization
* Manage relationships within the project team to ensure that all aspects of system delivery planning have been communicated and understood
* Be responsible for part of the hiring, training and evaluation of IT team members
Requirements
* Good verbal and written communication skills in both Japanese and English
* In depth IT project management experience on mid-large projects essential
* Software localization experience would be advantageous
* Experience in areas such as ERP implementation, cross-functional projects, data warehouse and POS systems would be a bonus
