This company is a global and regional leader in their specialized medical research-related field
Responsibilities
*Report to the Asia-Pacific IT Head and lead the Japanese IT team
*Be responsible for developing the company’s local IT and leading software and hardware implementation projects, including ERP
*Be involved with planning future strategies, handling budgets, developing staff and reengineering processes in accordance with technological changes
Requirements
*Excellent leadership skills with strong communication ability
*Comprehensive project management experience, preferably with package software implementation experience
*ERP implementation experience is highly desirable
*Must have excellent Japanese (reading, writing, speaking) and very good English
