* Recruiting (new grads, mid-careers, non-regulars, temp staff)
* Development & Training

* Business Partnering (HR strategic supports to the management in key group companies, or group companies after M&A).
* Work directly with Directors and Country Manager to develop HR systems to support Japan’s business unit in line with APAC
* Employee Relations

Requirements

* Proficiency in English in both speaking, reading and writing
* A desire to improve skills and experience
* Generalist skills
* Foreign company experience
