They are looking for a strong candidate with experience in Logistics and Customer Service to manage a strong team

Asia performance has seen growth of more than 20% each year

Responsibilities

*Provide leadership and direction to the logistics team and oversee and manage 16 staff

*Manage, design, evaluate and maintain inventories

*Ensure complete compliance to operational health and safety standard operating procedures

*Develop and prepare periodic reports on operational activity, cost and efficiency

*Develop and implement operating plans, budgets, schedules and performance requirements

Requirements

*Bachelors degree in Business Administration or a related discipline
*Minimum 8 years related customer service experience including a minimum of 2-5 years related leadership or supervisory experience
*Native level Japanese and advanced level English
*Sound knowledge of corporate operations, transportation modes, varying customs regulations and distribution strategies
*Working knowledge of logistics related databases preferred
*Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
*Strong troubleshooting, negotiation and problem solving skills

Preferred Experience

*Minimum 8 years related customer service experience including a minimum of 2-5 years related leadership or supervisory experience

Desired Traits

*Bachelors degree in Business Administration or a related discipline
*Native level Japanese and advanced level English
