Responsibilities
*Support Reporting work of Fixed Income Portfolio Manager
*Cash and asset maintenance and reconciliation
*Confirming bonds and FX trades and posting them into the system
*Day to day operations of settlement of fixed income securities
*Production of daily,weekly,monthly,quarterly and annual reporting materials for Japanese itutional clients
*Acting as liaison between NY/London Fixed Income OPS team for local client
Requirements
*Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in asset management,trust banking or related financial service firm
*Knowledge in global fixed income instruments
*Good command of PC applications (MS Word,Excel)
*Operations of financial information tools like Bloomberg
* Applicable Experience:
Asset management experience
