Responsibilities
* Increasing the sales of our investment products within the intermediaries’ offices/branch assigned by management, through presenting clear and concise investment product information to individuals and groups of investment advisors varying in size
* Educating investment advisors on our market outlooks, investment trends, as well as generic market information
* Assisting investment advisors with prospective and current client seminars while promoting our name
* Identifying critical firms and advisors with potential for increasing sales
* Pre-planning and scheduling meetings with key offices and conducting full work weeks of meetings in collaboration with RMs and Associates
* Providing feedback to management and RMs on market conditions, distributor issues/needs/requests, product requests, competitor information and operational or other issues
Requirements
* Strong financial product background specific to investment funds and managed accounts
* Verifiable track record of successful sales
* Solid time management and interpersonal skills
* Team player and ability to work well with other members of Retail group
* Highly motivated and dynamic personality
* Ability to interact with senior management and senior investment professionals
* Travel regularly
* Strong communication skills in Japanese and English
* CMA, CFA designation a plus
* Applicable Experience:
* Financial sales experience building an established territory a plus, but not required
