Responsibilities
* Acting as a relationship manager and primary point of contact for institutional clients
* Developing and enhancing our relationships with key financial institution clients
* Timely and proactive daily service/administration of the account (with support from a client service associate)
* Providing investment, product, and economic updates to our key institutional contacts
* Understanding our client’s needs and recommending appropriate investment products or solutions (cross-selling)
* Over time, assessing new client opportunities and developing prospective client relationships
Requirements
* 10+ years investment management, financial services, or client service experience
* Strong understanding of finance and the capital markets, and the ability to quickly understand and speak about the firm’s investment services
* Deep client focus
* Strong presentation skills
* Strong interpersonal skills and the capacity to build relationships both internally and externally
* Ability and desire to mentor more junior members of the client service team
