* Management Reporting
* Financial Reporting (both USGAAP and JGAAP)
* Capital Management
* Expense Control and Management
* Investment Accounting
* Budget Process
* SOX Management
* Tax
* Treasury
* Accounting Policy
* Audit Relationship
* Part of Finance Management Team
* Agent of change focusing on improving finance operational and control processes
* Development of a strong finance team
* Focus on the production of high quality reporting in a assembly line process allowing sufficient time for analytics that adds value to the organization
* Build a strong control environment that meets USSOX, JSOX and
* Operational Risk Management guidelines
* Strong leadership of Finance function

Requirements

* Insurance or Investment experience
* Management experience
* US GAAP exposure
* Accounting qualification required with preference for USCPA and/or JICPA
* Good command of both English & Japanese (writing & speaking).
* Flexible, adaptable, self-starter and good communication skills
