Responsibilities
Deal execution, including:
* Project / team management,
* Due diligence,
* Modeling/ financial analysis
* Writing investment memos
Requirements
* Managing a project team and being responsible for handling the entire deal execution process, including:
-Conducting due diligence on target companies and industries
-Writing investment memos
-Developing and reviewing full-scale financial models
-Working on deal structures from accounting, tax and legal perspectives
* Teaching junior bankers on how to develop financial modeling (DCF, comps, copaq., merger con., etc.) and write investment memos
* Handling client communications in the deal origination stage
* Proposing potential LBO/MBO ideas to new and existing clients
