Finance Specialist in a global securities company

Company Description

One of the strongest global players in private client wealth management with a growing presence in the Japan market, my client seeks for a talented finance specialist for the team

Responsibilities

*Expense analysis and control for Business and Functional support groups

Monthly expense review, estimates, accruals and reporting

*Budgeting and forecasting for functional support groups (Technology, Operations, Administration & Control, Finance, Legal, etc.)

*Month-end management book journal entries and closing (USGAAP)

*Cost Center / Hierarchy maintenance

*Ad-hoc finance projects (project expense control, cost-savings analysis)

Requirements

*At least 3 years of relevant working experience (Business Unit or Technology Finance, etc.) preferably experience in retail brokerage or retail banking
*Knowledge of general financial products
*Native-level Japanese language skills
*Strong written and communication skills in English is preferred
*Strong communication, analytical and inter-personal relationship skills
*Project management skills along with excellent organization skills

Preferred Experience

*Good PC skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
