Responsibilities
*Prepare project plan and schedules as per the requirement of the customer
*Communicate directly with customers and prepare high level design documents
*Execute the project as per the plan
*Ensure the timeliness and quality of deliverables
*Define project team organization
*Allocate and monitor tasks to team leaders
*Perform technical reviews with team leaders
Requirements
*Minimum 5 Yrs of experience in IT field
*Project Management experience
*Ability to handle a project of 10+ members
*Strong in Object Oriented Programming (JAVA,C++,.NET)
*Team / people handling skills
Preferred Experience
*Good communication skills
Desired Traits
*Should be very good in Japanese (Minimum JLPT level 2)
*Ability to communicate in English is preferable but not must
