Responsibilities
Day to day cash management role which related to expected products activities
*Day to day Settlement activity generated by the Front Office
*Engage with various projects as member
*Products Coverage includes: Corporate bonds, CP, Cash JGB, JGB Repo, New Gensaki, JGB futures and options, Foreign Bonds ( International ), Repo, Structured Bonds, Equity, and Futures & Options
*Complete all end of day processes efficiently and effectively and escalate issues as appropriate
*Accurately release and reconcile bonds/payments as instructed
*Support Operations Client Services, ensuring Front Office and customer expectations are met
*Monitor relevant systems to ensure that transactions have been settled accurately
*Make good relationship with external customer ( mainly Japanese customer )
*Make good relationship with internal customer ( FO )
*Monitor relevant systems to ensure that transactions are being processed in the correct way and deal with issues accordingly
*Maintain open and effective communication channels with direct reports, key stakeholders and other colleagues
*Take responsibility for the control environment to ensure that processes remain effective
*Assist and closely work with supervisor
*Support other RBS offices as required
*Build teamwork with other staff in order to make efficient operations
Requirements
*JASDEC Operating ( Preferable )
*I-Star ( Preferable )
*Euclid ( Preferable )
* Applicable Experience:
*Working knowledge of relevant settlement and payment systems
*Working knowledge of key products traded by Front Office BOJ Net Operating ( Preferable )
