Company Description
A dynamic international company with a product portfolio spanning both wireless and wireline network equipment, the company encompasses six business units: broadband access, IP transport, operation support systems, radio access, service core and applications, and services.
Responsibilities
* Management and development of Managed Services customer specific solutions
* Design, develop and present Managed Services solutions for Outsourcing and BOT projects. Coordinate and support tender analysis and the development of bid strategies.
* Co-ordination and development of customer facing documents.
* Coordinate compliance to technical, financial and commercial targets/requirements.
* Provide business development lead for the Network operations line of business in Japan.
* Provide Sales and marketing support via wide technical system and Operations expertise and deep business understanding in Network Operations and outsourcing in GSM/WCDMA and fixed line networks.
* Actively participate in customer meetings, clarify customer needs and propose managed service solutions matching customer needs and Translate customer benefits into value terms.
Requirements
* Experience in Telecom Operator or Vendor.
* Customer account management or senior customer relationship management.
* Business development or consultancy experience (preferred)
* Experience in Services or Managed Services Solutioning and costing
* Experience in Outsourcing solutions in Telecom or IT field is an advantage
* Good knowledge in MS Office particularly MS Excel and PowerPoint.
* Network Operations, Project Management, Telecom Fixed and Wireless, IP, Convergence, financial understanding, process management
Preferred Experience
* Negotiation Skills, Presentation Skills, Value Based Selling skills, Management and Leadership and Local Japanese Market understanding,

* Understanding of major operators business drivers within APAC
