Responsibilities

1. Coordinate customer service

2. Manage 12 staff in customer service section for clients

3. Manage orders and actual sales

4. Manage dates and product shipment

5. Communicate with inventory and material sections

6. Deal with claims and the inquiries

7. Develop inter departmental processes and communications

Requirements

• 5yrs+ customer service experience
• English (Business Level)
• ERP knowledge + experience
• Leadership skill
