* Operate and Establish "Goal Management System" which is related to employee evaluation
* Operate employee training program
* Overtime management
* Organization development
* Revise HR system as organization needs
* Communicate with social insurance labor consultant office
* Labor management negotiations
Requirements
* Experience in mid career recruitment and training (education)
* Experience in establishment of evaluation system
* Knowledge of the Labor Standards Law and related laws
* Experience in operation of goal management system
* Applicable Experience:
