Responsibilities

*Supervise staff who will conduct PC equipment test and repair
*Create, standardize and manage testing process
*As this company is still in start-up phase in Japan, this position will include hands-on test/repair responsibilities at first, growing in Supervisor of roughly 10 staff within one year

Requirements

*PC Repair/quality management experience
*Leadership or management experience
*Fluent Japanese (JLPT 1 or higher) and business-level English
*Highly flexible attitude and willingness to accept responsibility for various tasks outside of this job description
*Proactive and energetic, with good energy to help build the company　

Preferred Experience

* PC Manufacturing industry background
