Responsibilities
*Be responsible for the implementation and maintenance of IT systems
*Lead or manage projects relating to the implementation of servers, networks and other equipments
*Design and operate service/help desk
*Oversee the internal web development
*Work closely with technical analysts and the operations team
*Coordinate with vendors and manage the procurement of IT equipment
Requirements
*Excellent communication skills with fluent Japanese and some English skills
*Broad experience in a variety of IT areas, especially system development
*Web development experience preferred but not required
*Some knowledge of infrastructure and database administration
