Responsibilities
*Design, develop, and/or integrate embedded TV set top box software in C and C++ languages
*Customize products and services for end-to-end consumer applications
*Develop cutting-edge technologies to provide the next generation of digital solutions for satellite and cable TV operators worldwide at the middleware/OS or application level, providing customers with a fully integrated set-top box software solutions
*Liaison Japanese standard specification to internal core development team in US to implement standards
*Interact with customers and partners to develop end-to-end system specifications
*Develop, create, debug and/or modify general computer applications software or specialized Interactive Television programs/products
*Research, design, develop, and test operating systems-level software and applications
*Collaboration with production and creative design teams
Requirements
*Ability to communicate effectively in English via email, telephone or in person.
*Experience in software design/development in C
*Enjoys working with customers
*Have an interest to work in an "international" environment
* Team building and interpersonal skills
Preferred:
*Experience in driver implementation
*Experience to create graphic application
*Experience in ARIB, DTV field
