Responsibilities
*Co-ordinate local employee relations issues, providing specific local input and advice to Global HR
*Developing and managing strategic hiring plan for short term and long term following global business direction
*Research and coordinate compensation and benefits benchmarking and other related projects
*Coordinate all in-house and external training for shop and office staff
*Act as local facilitator of Global Facilities Team
Requirements
*University degree
*Over 8 year HR management experience with an emphasis on compensation, benefits and Labor law Counseling, and employee relations experience
*Fluent English and Japanese, both oral and written
