Responsibilities
*Development and implementation of the Fund Strategy
*Build fund / asset cash flow models
*Create both fund/asset cash flow models, valuation models and buy/sell/hold models
*Run fund sensitivities on various refinancing, hedging, disposition
*Review model assumptions with various stakeholders
*Establish standard framework to assess new fund launch, impact of acquisitions on portfolio
*Provide training on all aspects of fund modeling, analysis
*Work together with various stakeholders on fund strategy and structure, offering process, etc
*Support fund, asset, investment management team on ad hoc projects as needed
*Some travel required
Requirements
*BA/BS in real estate, finance, or equivalent
*Min 1 - 2 years real estate cash flow modeling experience
*Min 3 - 5 years fund mgt, real estate and/or finance experience
*Strong quantitative / financial analysis skills
*Strong excel and powerpoint skills required, with a familiarity with Argus, Dyna, and/or Atlas
*Detail-oriented and a team player
*Fluency in English & Japanese preferred
*Experience with modeling joint venture and 100% owned real estate investment structures
*Experience with conducting due diligence investigations on potential investments
*Underwriting office, retail, and/or residential products type
*FMP/ECLP/CAS grads
* Applicable Experience:
*BA/BS in real estate, finance, or equivalent
*Min 1 - 2 years real estate cash flow modeling experience
*Min 3 - 5 years fund mgt, real estate and/or finance experience
*Strong quantitative / financial analysis skills
*Strong excel and powerpoint skills required, with a familiarity with Argus, Dyna, and/or Atlas
