Responsibilities
* Creation and execution of Business in Japan HR strategies and plans to support business strategy
* Consulting in the areas of leadership development, performance management, change management, succession planning, organizational design, salary planning, talent acquisition and retention
* Robust talent identification, assessment and development processes and build the capability of all line leaders in the area of talent development and performance management
* Work closely and collaboratively with clients and the HR team towards improved business results through high levels of employee engagement and clarity of goals and objectives
* Represent employee, management and company interests in effectively resolving advanced employee relation issues and coach leaders to proactively prevent future issues
Requirements
* Bachelor’s degree in business, HR or related major is required
* MBA or Masters related to Human Resources is preferred
* 8 -10 years HR experience
* Flexibility and strong communication skills
